NEW YORK — Consulting giant Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has announced a major leadership overhaul for its newly formed Reinvention Services division. The restructuring, announced on March 13, 2026, aims to integrate data and artificial intelligence more deeply into the company’s core offerings to meet the growing demand for large-scale enterprise transformation.
The division is led by Manish Sharma, Accenture’s Chief Strategy and Services Officer. The new structure, which officially takes effect on March 31, 2026, organizes the firm’s vast capabilities into seven distinct units known as “Reinvention Partners” and three internal “Reinvention Engines.”
The Seven Reinvention Partners
These client-facing units are designed to align with how modern businesses operate, moving away from traditional service lines toward end-to-end solutions:
- Digital Core: Led by Ajoy Menon, focusing on technology strategy, cloud, and AI foundations.
- Finance: Led by Arundhati Chakraborty, supporting the CFO agenda and global capability centers.
- Cybersecurity: Led by Harpreet Sidhu, focused on cyber-resilience and risk management.
- Industry and Enterprise: Led by Muqsit Ashraf, driving value chain reinvention.
- Song: Led by Ndidi Oteh, managing customer growth, marketing, and commerce.
- Supply Chain and Engineering: Led by Tracey Countryman, leveraging AI for product lifecycles.
- Talent: Led by Karalee Close, focusing on workforce transformation and operating models.
Powering the “Reinvention Engines”
To support these units, Accenture has established three internal engines focused on developing specialized skills and AI-enabled delivery methods:
- AI and Data: Led by Lan Guan (Chief AI & Data Officer).
- Technology: Led by Rajendra Prasad.
- Industry and Process: Led by Jason Dess.
A Strategic Pivot to AI-First
The reorganization comes as CEO Julie Sweet reinforces a “no AI, no promotion” culture, emphasizing that AI fluency is now a baseline requirement for leadership at the firm. By consolidating Strategy, Consulting, Song, Technology, and Operations under the Reinvention Services banner, Accenture aims to provide a unified “One Accenture” experience for clients.
“As AI reshapes every industry, our clients want a partner that can help them reinvent—boldly, continuously and at speed,” said Julie Sweet, Chair and CEO of Accenture. “This leadership team integrates our industry depth and AI expertise into one seamless experience that drives measurable outcomes.”
The move is also supported by a new Client Success unit, overseen by Chief Commercial Officer Shaheen Sayed and Chief Offerings and Product Officer Senthil Ramani, to ensure commercial discipline and quality across these new divisions.
