The restructuring, announced on March 13, 2026, aims to integrate data and artificial intelligence more deeply into the company\u2019s core offerings to meet the growing demand for large-scale enterprise transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The division is led by <strong>Manish Sharma<\/strong>, Accenture\u2019s Chief Strategy and Services Officer. The new structure, which officially takes effect on <strong>March 31, 2026<\/strong>, organizes the firm\u2019s vast capabilities into seven distinct units known as &#8220;Reinvention Partners&#8221; and three internal &#8220;Reinvention Engines.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Seven Reinvention Partners<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These client-facing units are designed to align with how modern businesses operate, moving away from traditional service lines toward end-to-end solutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digital Core:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Ajoy Menon<\/strong>, focusing on technology strategy, cloud, and AI foundations.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finance:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Arundhati Chakraborty<\/strong>, supporting the CFO agenda and global capability centers.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cybersecurity:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Harpreet Sidhu<\/strong>, focused on cyber-resilience and risk management.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Industry and Enterprise:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Muqsit Ashraf<\/strong>, driving value chain reinvention.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Song:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Ndidi Oteh<\/strong>, managing customer growth, marketing, and commerce.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supply Chain and Engineering:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Tracey Countryman<\/strong>, leveraging AI for product lifecycles.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Talent:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Karalee Close<\/strong>, focusing on workforce transformation and operating models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Powering the &#8220;Reinvention Engines&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To support these units, Accenture has established three internal engines focused on developing specialized skills and AI-enabled delivery methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AI and Data:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Lan Guan<\/strong> (Chief AI &amp; Data Officer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technology:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Rajendra Prasad<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Industry and Process:<\/strong> Led by <strong>Jason Dess<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Strategic Pivot to AI-First<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The reorganization comes as CEO Julie Sweet reinforces a &#8220;no AI, no promotion&#8221; culture, emphasizing that AI fluency is now a baseline requirement for leadership at the firm.
