The deal stands as one of the city&#8217;s largest office transactions in recent years, signaling a major expansion for the firm and a boost for Pune&#8217;s commercial real estate market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Highlights of the Deal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Massive Footprint:<\/strong> The 400,000 sq ft lease significantly bolsters Redbrick\u2019s portfolio in Pune, where it already manages over <strong>1.5 million sq ft<\/strong> across 13 Grade A assets.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strategic Hub:<\/strong> AP4 Tech Park is a Grade A IT development spanning 4 million sq ft.
