In a memo to staff, he emphasized that while AI is not &#8220;replacing&#8221; people, it is fundamentally changing the &#8220;mix of skills&#8221; the company requires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;It would be disingenuous to pretend AI doesn\u2019t change the mix of skills we need or the number of roles required in certain areas.
