Navi Finserv, the lending arm of Sachin Bansal’s fintech powerhouse Navi Group, reported a robust performance for the third quarter of FY26 (ending December 31, 2025). The Bengaluru-based NBFC saw its consolidated revenue from operations rise 14% year-on-year, while its net profit surged 22% to reach ₹75.6 crore (approx. ₹755.9 million).
The results signal a strong recovery for the firm following a brief period of regulatory headwinds in late 2024.
| Metric | Q3 FY26 (Current) | Q3 FY25 (Previous) | Growth (YoY) |
| Total Revenue | ₹654 crore | ₹574 crore | 14% |
| Net Profit (PAT) | ₹75.6 crore | ₹62 crore | 22% |
| Basic EPS | ₹2.63 | ₹2.16 | 21.7% |
Key Drivers of Growth
The uptick in performance is attributed to a massive expansion in Navi’s digital lending operations and improved capital efficiency.
- AUM Expansion: Navi’s managed Assets Under Management (AUM) for its cash and home loan segments continues to scale, recently crossing the ₹11,000 crore milestone.
- Fundraising Momentum: Since April 2025, Navi Finserv has raised nearly ₹16,000 crore through a diversified mix of NCDs, commercial papers, and co-lending arrangements. This war chest has allowed the firm to maintain aggressive disbursement targets.
- Operational Efficiency: The company’s “technology-first” model—leveraging in-house proprietary underwriting and AI-driven collections—has helped keep the cost-to-income ratio lean despite the growth in scale.
Navigating Regulatory Recovery
The Q3 performance is particularly noteworthy as it follows a temporary halt on loan disbursements imposed by the RBI in October 2024. The restrictions were lifted in December 2024 after Navi addressed compliance concerns regarding its pricing policies. The current quarter’s results suggest that the company has successfully realigned its systems while maintaining its growth trajectory.
“Our focus remains on scaling responsibly. By combining deep data science with strong risk discipline, we are building a credit ecosystem that is both inclusive and sustainable.” — Sachin Bansal, Executive Chairman
