Use the word However in a sentence

However: The word, however, is used to show the comparison of two thoughts. You can use it at the beginning of the sentence or in the middle of the sentence to describe both the situation.

When you are using “However” don’t forget to add the comma (,) after the word.

You can show contradiction of two thoughts by using, however. Generally, it is used to tell one situation was ok, but another was better. Or wise Versa.

You might have come across the situation where you choose something and then you realize other was also good.

Example: The strawberry ice cream was really good. However, chocolate ice cream was also tasty.

In the above sentence, we are comparing two ice cream and divided the sentence with the word, however.

It also looks like the way you use the word “But” to separate two sentences.

1) Peter has money. However, he is never happy.

2) I liked strawberry ice cream. However, the chocolate flavor was also good.

3) John always behaves well to mary. However, Mary does not.
